It has very good benefits, a relaxed work environment, and a lot of growth opportunity.
Being a multinational company with so many employees, the fact of being "just another employee" does not cease to be noteworthy. This does not mean that there is bad treatment; in fact, it is quite the opposite.
The employee should be better informed about their process within the company, across the various accounts and projects that exist.
In my experience, I was kept waiting a long time to join a project, and there was no response or updates for a considerable period.
