IBM has a really nice campus for the lab in Markham. It's a dynamic environment to work in. You'll get great support from more experienced members on your team. I particularly enjoyed the awesome Future Blue student program. I made a lot of long-term friends there.

First, I got the OA, then a call with HR, then two technical interviews with the team. Overall, the technical interviews were okay. However, I didn’t expect a rejection after a good performance in the interviews.
I had a one-hour technical/behavioral interview. I applied directly through the IBM portal, and the process was very straightforward. Following that, I had a recruiter call to go over order details and terms of employment.
