Pros: Amazing benefits, very smart/caring people, lots of responsibilities given even to new grads.
Cons: Not much flexibility for remote work.
Ideally, you're in Chicago if in the US.

Pros: + Amazing salary, perks, parties, and team lunches in Michelin restaurants.
+ Stands with you even in difficult times, ensuring you can perform at your best.
+ Work-life balance is great. There's never been pressure to work overtime; working hours are about 8:45 AM - 5:45 PM.
+ Some C++/performance gurus work there.
+ Loyal and best performers are given opportunities to quickly grow within the company.
Cons: It's HFT, options market making, so the company makes loads of money when there's a crisis in the world. They fund charities to compensate.
Remote IDE/coding setup could be improved.
Some daily tasks are not so fascinating.
C++ and Java, so not very exotic technologies are used.
