Pros: Very good pay (although not as good as competitors). Very down-to-earth way of working which teaches you a lot as a junior. Nice building. IMC doesn't really force you to do extra hours which is a plus in that industry (although you will most-likely do extra). Also, as a junior, you get a 5-week training which was truly a great time.

Cons: Whether you will have a great time heavily depends on the team you are put in. In some teams, there is heavy pressure on the junior devs, with a lot of turnover. Most of these junior devs are too shy to say no to work and are heavily taken advantage of, as managers tend to make everything "urgent". A lot of people end up stressing out a lot during their entire first year, as if it were normal to start a job with heavy pressure. A lot of employees are on temporary visas, which does not help with the pressure to keep the job. Also, I have heard of hazing in some teams in the Chicago office.

Pros: Amazing culture. Lot of investment in training. Opportunities to visit other offices and contribute globally.

Cons: None I found; overall, a great experience.

Pros: Few people are genuinely good. Very good hardware and execution performance.

Cons: Basic pricing and strategies. Privately owned, with no option to invest your own money or give equity to employees, so you'll never feel it's your company. Managers used to be the best engineers/traders, and this doesn't necessarily mean they are a good leader or manager. High pressure and demand to deliver a lot with high quality in a short time, and then fingers are pointed when bugs are discovered. It feels like working for an immature company, and at the same time, it doesn't offer benefits similar to startups (equity/stocks, true autonomy, and full ownership). Your review cycle and bonus can easily be influenced by politics and favoritism.
