Process

The hiring process was very personal, and the recruiter was very friendly with swift responses. There were a total of 5 stages:

  1. Online IQ Test (Data analysis and image pattern recognition)
  2. Phone competency screen (behavioral and motivation questions)
  3. Online Coding Assessment (Battleships, OOP easy)
  4. Skype (Part behavioral, a series of true/false responses with reasons to statements about some CS topics. E.g., searching a node in a BST is ALWAYS O(log(n)))
  5. On-Site (Flown out to Amsterdam and put in a hotel, which was nice. 5 interviews split into 3 sections. 2 technical interviews followed by a lunch break and tour, then 2 more technical interviews followed by a short break, then an HR interview, all behavioral.)
