The interview was through Skype, in the presence of an HR representative and a software engineer.

The first few questions were technical, coming from the software engineer, while the next ones were HR questions.

Additional questions regarding my CV were asked every now and then from both representatives.

Pros: When you're in, you will be taken care of. Extensive bonuses, such as free lunches, beverages 24/7, fruit and candies, gym membership, every Friday's party at the bar located on premises for free, an annual team-building trip located out of the Netherlands, a Christmas present such as an iPad, and bi-weekly on-site massages. You don't have to worry about the money. The best part is the bonuses, which can be anything from 10%, depending on your performance last year. Great people, you learn a lot.

Cons: Almost none. However, when you are not wanted for any reason in the company, you will be fired in an hour.

Great environment to work with. Great people and very good money
