Process
Good and standard interview process where first HackerRank consisting of 2 questions (LeetCode medium) and then 3 questions HireVue then screening call and then technical interviews. Didn't make it past the first one.

An interesting, challenging job in a highly-collaborative environment
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Amsterdam, Netherlands

Pros: IMC has provided me with plenty of responsibilities and challenges in my first year of working at the company.
There is a strong focus on learning and development, exemplified by the excellent traineeship that all graduate joiners go through.
The company also sets itself apart in how it values culture. It builds teams with a focus on collaboration and cultural fit.
Excellent benefits, both financially and otherwise (e.g., organized events, employee healthcare).
Cons: The distribution of employees is not too diverse, though there is a lot of effort being put into increasing this.
