I applied directly on Indeed.com and received a call from them the very next day. The process was extremely slow from the time their internal recruiter first called me to the final round of interview, which took almost a month.

There were two in-depth telephonic rounds of technical interview after the initial recruiter scan, each lasting 30 minutes.

Indeed flew me to their headquarters in Austin for the final interview, which lasted almost an entire day. I was scheduled interviews with nine people, seven of which were one-on-one technical rounds of half an hour each, although some discussions went beyond their preset time limit.

The lunch break was also planned between these rounds with one of their infrastructure managers in their own big kitchen, where they have catered meals daily, from soups to desserts.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with everyone I met in person that day. The team was very talented and friendly, which created a very positive image of the company in my mind.

Data Server Architecture for Geographic Relocation: Describe an architectural strategy or options to design data servers so that candidates can access their resume data, stored in a remote data center, after they have moved to a different geographic region closer to another data center, in the most optimal way.
