I recently went through the interview process, and I must say that it was a remarkably constructive experience.
The process was intense and competitive but extremely organized and transparent, which left me with a positive impression of the company.
The process included four rounds, which were clearly communicated from the start:
- A phone screen
- A technical coding challenge
- A system design round
- Finally, a set of behavioral and situational interviews with a panel.
