Senior Quality Analyst Interview Experience - Austin, Texas

Process

Remote interview process.

Initially contacted by a recruiter for a 30-minute phone interview.

A week later, an interview was scheduled for the first round a few days later.

The next week, I was informed that I made it to the panel interview and was given the offer to schedule a few days later or the following week.

I interviewed a few days later with 4 interviewers for 30-45 minutes each. The 45-minute one included a practical assessment. I was told I would receive feedback at the beginning of the following week, only to be strung along until that Friday to be told no.

Overall, this was an unnecessarily long process that I do not feel respects the time of job seekers, which is quite ironic to me.

A month wasted.
