The interview process began with a phone screening by a recruiter.
This was followed by a very lengthy and in-depth take-home coding project, which was required before meeting with the hiring manager or any team member.
After successfully completing and submitting the project, I was completely ghosted by the recruiter. It was a terrible experience.
