HR discussion on role followed by Karat screening.

Karat interviews can be scheduled at any time. For Senior SDET, the process was as follows:

1. Initial 5 minutes for introduction and general discussion.
2. 10 minutes for questions on testing.
3. 45 minutes of coding (LC easy/medium).

I was able to solve the easy question but not the medium. The medium was an extension of the easy question, but it was difficult to figure out the algorithm in the short time allotted.

Be aware of the time. Do the first algorithm as quickly as possible (discuss the concept with the interviewer once and start coding; successful code is what matters) because the second one will be tougher.
