They schedule interview via Karat because they don't trust their own dev engineers for phone screen. The recruiter dropped the ball and they gave me a wrong schedule for phone interview, and I had to waste another hour on this. The questions in the interview were lame and made no sense to me. I solved the coding interview question and still got a reject. It seems there is a tight competition!
