A recruiter reached out to me via Indeed Prime to set up an initial phone call. After discussing the opportunity with him, we scheduled a technical phone interview.
Following positive feedback from that, we set up an onsite interview. The onsite was longer than what I've seen at other tech companies, lasting from 9 am to 4:30 pm, with an hour lunch break in the middle.
All interviews had a primary interviewer and a shadow. Four out of five were technical in nature, while the last one was a discussion with an engineering director and HR.
The interview itself wasn't very difficult. I would say LeetCode easy/medium should be good enough preparation.
