Questions

I don't remember it exactly, but something like this: if you are given a very large sorted integer array, check if there exists a pair whose sum is equal to the two parameters, a and b, passed to the function.

Then he asked if there's an optimal method, O(1), to find the match for the previous question.

The second person asked a question about associative arrays. Something like, if you are given a couple of arrays, iterate through them against a certain match (I don't remember exactly) and generate an associative array based on it. Basically, the first array would contain a set of all possible 'keys' and the second would contain 'values'.
