I was invited to Austin for the on-site.
There were three interviews, each lasting one hour, and a coding exercise.
The founders came and also gave us some talks.
Although I did not get an offer, it was a great experience.
Questions
The coding exercise is quite related to Indeed's real problems. I did not pass the large test data.

Pros: It was a great company with lots of benefits and flexibility.
Interns worked on real projects that were actually important to the company.
The intern organization was great and assigned mentors were very helpful and flexible.
Nice coworkers too.
Cons: The codebase wasn't always very readable, and the internal documentation wasn't the best. It's a little hard to get started at first.
