Process
I had an interview with Karat. It was easy, but I never received a response from the company afterward.
I was ghosted by Indeed after that interview and still haven't heard back. The recruiter has not spoken to me since.

Great company to work for
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Sunnyvale, California, United States

Pros: Indeed has an inclusive company culture. There are fun perks like a ping pong table and mahjong table in the game room. Product and features are developed with a data-driven mindset.
Cons: It's a relatively larger company, and working with other verticals may sometimes be slow, but I'm okay with that. Most larger companies will be like that.
