Process

I first solved an online coding challenge and then a telephonic interview.

After that, I was called onsite. The questions were not challenging, but they offered positions to a very limited number of people. They take pride in their policy of hiring only 1% of the applicants.

Some of my friends also interviewed, and their interviews went well too, but they received no offers.

I don't know why they called us for the onsite interview.

Pros: Provided a specific project planned for me. The team was responsive and really engaging. I enjoyed that I was responsible for my own project, and my project actually mattered for the team.

Cons: Even though I had my own project, I couldn't keep track of my teammates since the things that they were working on were their own. I wish I was able to attend and provide my ideas on their tasks.
