These guys have no idea what they are doing.
I have attended other interviews before, but this was weird. They started off with a coding exercise via Karat (third party), which was weird to start off.
The interview went well, but I still got a reject.
Do these guys help people get jobs? I don't think so. Please improve your interview process.
