First, there was a resume shortlist, followed by an online coding test which was moderately difficult. After a week, I got a call for an interview.
The first interview was a half-hour session. Following that was a one-hour interview.

Pros: I loved my team! They were fantastic to work with. I learned a ton from the designers too.
Cons: I found the company culture to be toxic. Even though I liked and respected my manager, senior leadership did not deserve admiration and respect. Everything went south after COVID.

Pros: Everyone in the company seems invested in furthering your abilities and helping you become better at what you do.
Meetings are short and to the point.
They embrace new and cutting-edge technologies.
You work with some of the most brilliant people you have met.
Collaborative work environment where management seems to care about each individual greatly.
Free lunch. Weekly/monthly outings. Fun people to work with.
Cons: Since they are smaller, opportunities to "work your way up" can be limited, but this is also a plus for them.
