- Colleagues are friendly and managers are supportive.
- Good compensation.
- Good breakfast and lunch.
- Too many reorganizations; the top management side is not very clear on their goals.
- Layoffs were too sudden. The previous month, the CEO was still talking about having enough cash from Recruit, lol.
Better transparency from management's side.
