Good work-life balance, lots of office perks. I always had great managers and mentors.
Leadership seems unorganized and desperate. There are lots of reorganizations, and the company is pushing big projects that are not well thought out or executed, which end up failing. Company values have shifted to a more conservative corporate ideology.
