The interview process was very smooth. I was very comfortable at the time of the interview. The whole process was quite fast. Questions asked included behavioral, technical, and questions relating to creative thinking.

Basic fundamentals are enough to clear the interview for the hardware domain for freshers. Questions from digital electronics, ASIC design flow, CMOS design concepts, VLSI design including STA are sufficient to clear the interview.

Spoken English is a must. The questions were so strong that it was hard to reply, but if you don't know, reply honestly. Asked about the major and gave a situation to think about and reply. Your opinion is the mainstream of job interviews.
