Interview Process:

• HR Screen
• First Interview: One 1-hour coding session
• Technical Interviews (5 rounds):
  • Two 1-hour coding sessions
  • One system design session
  • One Bar Raiser round (behavioral interview)
  • One informational talk

Feedback:

The first coding question was very difficult to understand, and it took me five minutes to grasp it. Two questions were presented during this round, and I did not finish them.

The Bar Raiser round felt more like a discussion about expertise, as they are primarily looking for senior software engineers. This round primarily assesses if you have sufficient seniority. With only one year of experience (YOE), I did not pass this interview, although I believe I performed well on the system design round and the second coding session.
