- Pay was decent
- Excellent co-workers
The C-suite will lie about the company and its employees. Terrible managers. Horrible work-life balance; real FANG companies pay better for less work. Subpar and expensive medical insurance. No career growth. Terrible stock performance.
- Replace the C-suite. They blame, lie, and lay off people who built the company due to their inability to deliver.
- Improve company culture.
- Replace managers who shouldn't be managing people.
- Stop lying and blaming employees.
