FI Discipline Mechanical Engineer Interview Experience - Hillsboro, Oregon
Process
The interview consisted of one phone screening, followed by an on-site interview three weeks after the phone screening. The on-site interview was a 1:1 session from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including a tour of the facility and lunch.
The entire team was great, and I really enjoyed the interview. They were mostly interested in my past experience related to problem-solving skills and how I managed difficult people.
It was an awesome experience to meet the team and the manager. A wonderful aspect of the job and team is their ability to make a significant impact on the entire company within a short period.
