Process

I applied online for the job position based on my skills and knowledge in the Electrical Engineering / VLSI domain, and I received a call indicating a telephonic interview would take place tomorrow. I prepared for it all night and then gave the interview. Unfortunately, I was rejected. If I had passed the phone round of the interview, I would have had one more on-site interview, which lasts for about 4 to 8 hours.
