Process

I applied online.

I got an email from the manager saying a team member would be conducting my interview.

The interview was one hour long, conducted via phone call. The questions were very simple and straightforward.

A few days later, I received background verification forms. Once they were filled out, I got an email from HR saying she was extending the offer on behalf of my manager. After accepting the offer, I was given the onboarding forms three weeks before.
