Pros: 1. Very generous with resources needed for work (e.g., equipment, software, etc.).
2. Very open to new ideas to solve problems, as long as you can manage your time to implement them.
3. If you are aggressive, Intel has many challenges and projects for you. If you are conservative, just doing your duty is not a heavy load. So you can choose a very light lifestyle or a very challenging job. It all depends on you.
Cons: 1. Salary is not high for aggressive people.
2. It is hard to be promoted because there are too many people in there.
