It was a phone call where I did not see the people on the other side of the phone on video. I was not even sure how many were there, perhaps around five, which made it hard to gain confidence throughout the interview because you do not know how they feel about your answers. The main interviewer only arrived twenty-five minutes after the interview started.

Pros: They go out of their way to include interns and strengthen networking skills beyond just the intel company. Additionally, there is a level of respect for all employees at Intel, with them being flexible for work schedules and emphasizing teamwork and respect.
Cons: Because the company is so large, it can be very intimidating to new hires. It can feel like an overwhelming info dump in the beginning, with some people saying they face that for their first whole year at the company. However, that can also speak to how much you can learn and grow within the company.

Pros: Good company, with many opportunities to work in different areas. The culture is focused on employee development.
Great technology in certain areas.
It can be outstanding if you can find the right niche.
Cons: Lots of incompetence across the company. Many people can hide out and do almost nothing of value. Slow decision-making. Very political. Lost a lot of extremely knowledgeable people during the recent restructuring. The impacts will likely persist for years.
