Two people interviewed me. One asked technical questions, and the other asked more behavioral/personal questions.
They had us all in a big room, then the interviewers came to pick us up and bring us to a private room.
I had to answer some math questions and other practical questions.

Pros: Good pay, great benefits, room for advancement, always training opportunities. Great night shift differential. Work can be hard at times, but the bonus can make it all worth it.
Cons: Night Shift, compressed work week. Getting used to nights can be hard on the body if you have never done this type of work.
