Pros: Great benefits, great people to work with, and work-life balance was tremendous. I felt really respected and that what I said mattered.

Cons: I think they need to re-evaluate their ranking and rating sessions, and give the raises only to the people that worked and really performed more duties for the team.

Pros: Travel to us on assignment. Working interesting.

Cons: Too much politics. Poor management might have engineering degrees, a lot of hidden bullying. The team manager has employees they favor or dislike. A lot of bullying within management is hidden. This causes poor performance and the failure of Irish to meet technology nodes because of fear in the focal review system and politics contained within. There is also a failure to reward good, solid employees if they are not management's favorites. Which in turn, the company loses out on their real talents. And inferior employees get on.

Pros: Industry average pay and benefits, lots of perks, a fitness center, wellness programs, good working conditions, and good work-life balance.

Cons: Management can be hit or miss; the review process can lead to a lot of backstabbing.
