Pros: The flexibility and benefits the company provides above the law are great.
Cons: There have been a lot of cost reduction actions over the last four years that have impacted negatively on those who continue working with the company, with no positive news since. There is no confidence in the corporate leaders' decisions. Employees have now normalized the feeling that they might be fired at any moment.
