Pros: 1. I had some really awesome teammates, and they made it all worthwhile coming into work every day.
2. Great benefits, hard to compare to anyone else.
3. Always something new to learn.
Cons: 1. The work-life balance often skewed towards more work, especially in manufacturing.
2. Paralyzing amounts of bureaucracy at times.
3. Bad decisions, like not jumping on mobile several years back, may be setting them up for more future downturns.
4. Not always sure where they're headed, since they're trying to rebrand themselves as a user experience company.
5. The politics can be really toxic.
