Process
First, I was interviewed on campus, then I had a phone interview. The phone interview lasted approximately 30 minutes. I was asked about my research and my ability to handle equipment and experimental skills. I was then recommended for an onsite interview for a position in Litho.
The onsite interview was a full day, from 9 AM to 4 PM. It included:
- A one-hour research presentation with two engineers.
- Three one-on-one interviews with group leaders and the area manager.
- A two-hour lunch to discuss job expectations and the work environment.
