Management engage with staff and hold regular one-to-one meetings to clearly define goals.
Employees are encouraged to raise concerns (for example, food quality in the canteen, and management take action).
Cons: Working shifts: nights 7pm to 7am.
The changeover from days to nights each month is difficult also.
