Senior Verification Engineer Interview Experience - Bengaluru, India

Process

I applied using a referral.

The process took about one week for the initial resume screening.

The interview process took one complete day.

I was interviewed at Intel Corporation (Bangalore) in February 2016.

Questions

As an experienced professional, my interviews at Intel's office were exclusively face-to-face. The schedule was set for over six rounds of interviews, running from 10 AM to 5 PM. All rounds were technical, and even during lunch and for half an hour afterward, technical questions were asked as fillers (seriously!!??).

All rounds went very well, except for a few mistakes on one or two queries. Questions were mostly on projects. They also covered topics like Computer Architecture, Operating Systems, Verilog, SystemVerilog, methodologies, and puzzles.

After the final round, the interviewer told me I would receive a callback from HR.

It has been two months, and I still haven't received a single email or call from HR, which is quite unprofessional behavior from a reputed firm like Intel. At least have the courtesy to inform me if I'm not selected or something similar!!
