Pros: Responsive company. Managers are in touch with technical issues and able to take best advantage of skills in response to customer priorities.
Cons: Workload can get intense as products are validated by customers. Contractors are viewed as short-term to cover peaks in workload. In their tick-tock model, new product generations may be developed in a different country, often exploiting skills from recent companies acquired.
