Process
The interview was very easy, with almost no technical questions. However, the HR representative acted as if they were interviewing for the IAS.
There were very basic questions about C and projects.
The HR portion was too long. They were very serious, I guess. Ultimately, they hired candidates with good communication skills, not those who were technically strong.
Overall, I had a very bad experience.
