Process
The role was an OS-related position. I had an initial phone screen which focused on my resume. Most questions were OS-related.
The onsite interview was scheduled two weeks after the screen. It included four hours of technical interviews, focusing on OS concepts and device drivers. They went deep into every OS-related project I had on my resume. I was asked only one to two very simple coding questions.
The experience was very positive. All the interviewers were nice, respectful, and smart. Overall, everyone I met gave off a very positive vibe.
