Pros: The company truly treats its employees with great care. As a corporate citizen, the company is environmentally conscious and gives back to the community globally.
Cons: As a large company, it is not very adept at changing directions. Fast adoption is unheard of, and the principle of innovation seems to override the principle of building from the work of technology communities.

Pros: Very good work-life balance - at least my position is around a 40-hour work week.
Good pay - not the greatest, but enough.
Good benefits - good health benefits.
Try to make some fun - got a lot of things going on, internally sponsored by employees as well as the company.
Very smart people and many people you can learn from.
Keep very flexible schedules.
Cons: Politics - some people just don't have your back.
Company is just too big, so lots of collaboration and communication inefficiencies.
Too slow - many times trying to play catch-up.
Hardware-oriented company with not many software options or company focus on software.
Culture, in my opinion, is very boring and dry - not exciting at all.
