Usually, a phone pre-screen interview is followed by an on-site interview. However, I received a call from the recruiting manager a couple of days after the interview stating they had stopped recruiting for the 2018 new grad positions. The interview was a mix of basic OOP concepts and algorithm discussions.

Pros: Many opportunities to grow and move around with such a large company. Interesting technology -- some very leading-edge stuff going on there. Nice cafeterias, free drinks, reasonable flexibility in hours.

Cons: Easy to get lost in a big company. Very competitive and confrontational. A real line drawn between regular employees and contractors. Lousy commute from Portland. Started packing people into tiny, compressed cubes, or in an "open" floor plan where you barely have any space of your own.
