Process
I had two technical interviews, each with two interviewers who were nice and calm.
Although I was stressed, I remember it as a positive experience.
Both interviews were not too difficult and allowed me to share my programming skills.

Employees are just a commodity
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Hillsboro, Oregon, United States

Pros: Being a large company, your position is somewhat more stable than average. Bonding leave and sabbatical are nice perks. A lot of great people still work here.
Cons: Compensation is not that great, and benefits are on a downward trend. People are not really valued. Leadership says one thing and does another; you can't really trust them. The work environment is subpar, with little to no natural light and a desk out in the open.
