Pros: If you find a good management chain and a great immediate people manager, then you will be able to get compensated for your contribution.
Cons: You will not know what you are worth unless you get a competitive offer. The pay increase, even at promotion, does not equate to what you can get with a competitive offer.

Some groups and teams get to work on the latest technology humans have ever built.
Free transportation, internet reimbursement, WFH setup costs paid.
Good paternity benefits and good maternity flexibilities.

Cons: Not a paymaster in semiconductors.
A lot of risk for future growth, and currently the stock is down.
Some teams don't have good work in Bangalore.
Losing a lot of talent to Qcom, Nvidia, AMD, Apple, and the likes because of pay.
