Good company, work getting harder/faster, good WLB.
Pay is not scaling, compensation is low, and there are lots of extra, non-work-related things to do, such as trainings, etc.
It was a good and smooth experience. The hiring recruiters were very polite and upfront with any updates. They always replied in a timely manner, and I mostly received a call back or a message back as soon as I messaged them.
The interview mainly involved working with their managers on LeetCode questions. They also asked some challenging questions at the end, based on the LeetCode questions that were asked. The interview consisted of two rounds, each 30 minutes long.
The interview took place virtually and was purely technical. Two interviewers asked two coding questions. They allowed you to use an IDE to show your solutions to the problems.
