Direct management was very good. Projects were interesting and challenging. The team was top-notch.
No vision at the top other than cost cutting.
Current CEO comes off as an unempathic bean counter. RTO policy, benefit cuts, and poor communication are driving good people with options away, and creating yet more internal conflict (survival mode).
Have a vision. Work on retaining good people and making them happy, rather than trying to save a nickel on severance with crappy policies pushing people with options out.
