Fantastic place to work if you are a direct hire Blue Badge without time limitations.
Not nearly as good for green badge, contract, or temp employees.
Your agency can make a big difference. Look for one with benefits, paid time off and holidays, as well as benefits. Negotiate everything up front because there are no increases after you sign.
If you have to hire Green Badges, make sure the agencies are ones that treat their employees right. If an agency cannot reimburse an employee for 4 months after Intel sends them out of state, the agency should lose the right to contract with Intel.
Not so difficult, as I was previously vetted by friends and school. Credibility was established. Questions were asked about my current job and my future prospects. They asked if a pay cut would be acceptable based on my 'geographic location'.
Very professional. They asked a variety of questions to gauge how I would react in a social situation, where my technical skills lie, as well as testing my creative thinking.
Gang interviews. Looking for qualifications that you would already need to be in the group to possess. The group seemed to have an null charter yet expected specifics in employees. Not very well organized, with no real drive to impress.
