Pros

Flexible working environment. Good benefits, good work-life balance, a great place to work, good support for extra-curricular activities, and smart people to work with.

Cons

Slow growth in certain departments can sometimes become bureaucratic. A lot of process requirements can cause overhead, a lack of risk-taking, and cross-site meetings.
