Anchor site is Folsom, which is ridiculous. Lots of politics and old guard that doesn't change the ways. Bureaucracy runs the show. Senior folks take credit away from younger people all the time. Very little recognition, and promotion is based on favoritism.
The whole second and third level management needs to be replaced.
