Pros

Good work-life balance, flexible work modes (remote and/or hybrid).

Cons

There are no clear and unswerving long-term company-level strategies on whether to keep the Intel foundry business, which requires heavy investment.

Intel's BoD is one of the worst in the industry. There have been rounds and rounds of layoffs, publicly or silently.

Advice to Management

Need more efficient and effective BoD members, who understand the tech industries and semiconductors.
